What does the price per bar include?The price per bar includes the chocolate, the design, and the wrapping of the bar. Shipping is the only component that is not included due to variability in pricing based on location.
How long does the entire process take?
ChocolateCovers prefers start the order two weeks prior to the date you would like the product "in-hand." However, we may be able to work with a tighter schedule if necessary.
I would like to add a picture to my bar design. How do I give the image to ChocolateCovers?
You have three options.
1.) If you feel conformable with email, attach the highest resolution image you have to art@chocolatecovers.com. Please include your name, whether you have order already or not, the type of bar you would like to wrap as well as the quantity of bars.
2.) If you are close enough to our shop location, you can physically bring in your image and we will scan it into our computers.
3.) You are welcome to send you image via USPS mail and we will scan in and ship back with your order. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
