Order Change or Cancellation
We send an e-mail confirmation with every order and we follow up with a phone call. If you do not receive this within minutes of your transaction, you may want to check your junk or spam folders. If you cancel your order after payment has been processed, it will be subject to a minimum fee of $25, up to the total order value. Contact us as soon as possible to avoid this fee. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

We do provide you with a proof of your design. Changes can be made at this time. If changes are made after printing, you may be charged a reprinting fee.

Return Policy
Returns, refunds or exchanges require authorization from Customer Service and may not be possible on personalized products and may be subject to a minimum fee of $25, up to the total order value.
